Annual All-of-Government agency satisfaction survey
Thanks to everyone who participated in this year’s survey. We certainly appreciated the time you’ve put in and as a result, we collected 286 responses.
We’re currently analysing the results but we can already tell that:
- we have received more responses this year
- the overall satisfaction of AoG contracts has slightly increased, and
- the overall quality of communications has not significantly changed.
Agency feedback is really valuable to help us identify areas for improvement and gain a clear understanding of the level of agency satisfaction with All-of-Government (AoG) contracts. Each AoG team receives a summary of contract specific responses so that they can use the feedback to engage with suppliers, but also look at how we can improve our service delivery.
Each year we send out an agency satisfaction survey to get agency feedback on AoG contracts. The results of this survey provide a key measure for the Procurement Functional Leadership report to Cabinet, and give us helpful feedback to understand if we are delivering the intended value and meeting our customer’s needs.
