We've now published the revised Crown special conditions of contract to go with the conditions of contract for consultancy services (CCCS).

This is the preferred form of contract for the Construction Consultancy Services Panel (CCS).

These revised special conditions were developed by an agency working group as of one of the Construction Sector Accord’s focus areas.

They aim to improve construction procurement practice and increase collaborative behaviour across the industry. A key objective was to promote the use of standard forms of contract that drive better outcomes.
