Fuji Xerox acquires CSG

Earlier this month, Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (FXAP) acquired 100% of print provider CSG Limited (Australia). The acquisition affects the New Zealand-based operations of each organisation, both of which are on the All-of-Government panel for print technology and associated services.

Fuji Xerox New Zealand Limited (FXNZ) has advised that over time it will incorporate the operations of CSG Technology Limited (CSG), formerly known as Konica Minolta, and bring the teams and product offerings together. In the interim, CSG will continue operating with the same company name.

Fuji Xerox has confirmed that it has secured supply arrangements to support existing contracts with CSG's major brands (including Konica Minolta and Hewlett Packard), and have committed to providing continued support for installed printer and copier fleets.
