New document storage, digitisation and destruction services agreement
We’ve launched the new syndicated Document storage, digitisation and destruction services contract.
The initial term of the new contract is for 5 years with two rights of renewal for 3 years and 2 years. This contract will replace the ‘Offsite document storage and destruction of records’ contract which expires on 30 November 2024.
Agencies can now start using the contract for all document services, including:
- secure document storage, collection and retrieval
- document destruction, including on-site paper bins and shredding services
- document and media digitisation.
To participate, agencies need to agree to the supply agreement by submitting a joining form on our website. If you’ve previously used any of our All-of-Government (AoG) contracts, the joining process will be very familiar. Review the supply agreement and complete the online joining form on our website.
This contract now offers a panel of six providers, and agencies can select one or more providers to deliver the services required.
Full service (storage, digitisation and destruction):
- Crown Records Management
- Iron Mountain
- TIMG
Digitisation services only:
- Canon Business Services ANZ
- DataNZ
- Desktop Imaging
Pricelists and contact details are in the provider section on our website. For high volume services and specific or non-standard requirements, you can ask providers for quotes.
