New providers for the advertising and design services panels

Part of: All-of-Government Advertising Procurement news Contract update

The All-of-Government (AoG) advertising services and design services panel refresh is now complete, and we have added 111 new providers across the two contracts.

The 58 new providers added to the advertising panel, and 53 to the design panel, help agencies meet their evolving needs by offering a wide range of services. To support government broader outcomes the panels now include regional and cultural competency focused providers. Ten of the new providers identify as Māori or Pasifika owned businesses.

The refreshed advertising services and design services panels:

  • support broader outcomes by providing greater diversity and inclusion opportunities to new providers by increasing access for Māori, New Zealand and women owned businesses, and regional providers
  • promote innovation and value for money
  • provide access to specialised and niche provider capabilities in line with market trends, eg use of drones in production services
  • increase agency participation.

The terms and conditions and the structure of both panels stays the same. Participating agencies can continue to purchase from the contracts as before, and carry out the work under existing service orders. The current contract term is two years with one right of renewal of one year. If the option to extend is exercised, the contract will expire in 2024.

There are currently 170 agencies participating in both contracts, with a total annual spend of $45M in the last financial year.

If you have questions, or want to find out how to participate in either of the contracts, email the Professional services team.
