Proposed change to Memorandums of Understanding relating to collaborative contracts
We’re proposing to change 18 agency Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), relating to the procurement of common products and services under our collaborative contracts.
This change will allow us to publish data relating to agencies’ procurement activities under our collaborative contracts (including spend data). This will help deliver our promise of greater transparency.
All participating agencies will be affected by this proposed change. Therefore we wish to bring it to the attention of the relevant people at each agency.
Data and transparency is part of our procurement for the future programme and a key focus area.
Sharing this information increases access to quality data.
We also intend to publish data of agencies’ procurement activities under:
- expired collaborative contracts
- the current common capability workplace and classroom furniture agreement, and
- the current All-of-Government media agreement (for which there are no MoUs in place).
All participating agencies will be affected by this proposed change and we’ll be in touch with the relevant person or office holder at each agency.
If you would like to provide feedback on this proposed change, contact your account manager or email us.
