Request for Proposal – air travel services

We’ve released a request for proposal (RFP) for a refresh of the Air travel services panel.

The current term of the Air travel services contract ends on 28 February 2025 and we’re expanding the panel of participating airlines for the final term of the contract.

The panel refresh will not affect current suppliers, but gives an opportunity for new suppliers to join the Air travel services contract for the final term which starts 1 March 2025.

Currently, Air travel services offer government agencies and eligible schools airfare discounts and a broad range of related benefits from a panel of suppliers. The refresh may offer additional discounts to new destinations from suppliers who are currently not on the panel. 

We’ll keep you updated as this tender progresses. 

The RFP is open and set to close on 10 December 2024.
