Request for proposal for reticulated gas

New Zealand Government Procurement (NZGP) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for reticulated gas.

Last year we secured a short-term reticulated gas supply agreement for 12-months. This supply arrangement expires 30 September 2025. We’re now returning to market to establish a new solution to secure a longer-term supply of gas.

This All-of-Government (AoG) contract only covers reticulated natural gas within the North Island gas network areas.

The RFP closes 21 April 2025 and we’ll keep you updated as this tender progresses.
