Spotlight on reporting – Agency reporting for October 2024

Part of: Procurement news

The next reporting deadline is 1 October 2024.

We are collecting reporting on these broader outcomes:

  • Progressive procurement (part of priority outcome 1: Give New Zealand business better access to government procurement)
  • Improve conditions for workers (priority outcome 3).

All government procurement mandated agencies must complete this reporting.

Reporting

We collect most of the broader outcomes reporting information automatically via systems such as GETS. However, we still require some manual reporting.

Progressive procurement

Part of priority outcome 1: Give New Zealand business better access to government procurement.

This reporting covers the period 1 January 2024 – 30 June 2024. It requires all mandated agencies to report on their progress against an 8% target of their relevant annual procurement contracts being awarded to Māori businesses.

This reporting covers the period 1 January 2024 – 30 June 2024. It requires all mandated agencies to report on their designated contracts for cleaning, security and forestry.
