We have recently published supplier management toolkits and guidance as part of the supplier management programme.
The toolkits have been designed to lift agency capability and demonstrate a more coordinated and consistent approach with strategic suppliers. They will help manage supply chain risk and provide better governance and oversight of suppliers to leverage the full potential of these relationships.
While the toolkit for professionals has already been fully published, the implementation and mobilisation stages of the toolkit for leaders will be available by mid-2022.
