1. Check if a collaborative contract already exists
Before initiating a new procurement, check the contract register to see if there's an existing contract your agency could join.
2. Look for opportunities to collaborate
If there's no existing contract, check the future procurement opportunities (FPOs) on GETS to see if any other agencies have similar needs and could share the costs and administration of the procurement.
